We are seeking a Senior Accountant & Director of Operations to serve as our #2 leader and long-term partner as the firm continues to scale.

What You’ll Do

· Oversee client accounting and financial reporting

· Prepare and review business tax returns

· Lead tax planning and compliance strategies

· Advise small-business owners with clarity and confidence

· Help build scalable workflows and systems

· Mentor staff and support firm growth

· Partner closely with the Founder on strategy and execution

· CPA with strong small-business accounting and tax experience

· Deep knowledge of financial statements and tax planning

· Experience with QuickBooks/other and professional tax software

· High integrity, strong work ethic, and excellent judgment
